PRICE AND CONDITION OF SALE
Prices prevailing at the time of postage will apply on all orders and are subject to change without notice. Possession of this price list does not constitute an offer. UK Pickleball Shop reserves the right to reject any and/or all orders.
PAYMENT FOR PRODUCTS
We gladly accept most major credit and debit cards: Visa, MasterCard, Amex etc. We will also accept payment by purchase order where necessary.
SHIPPING AND HANDLING
We have 2 delivery options available. First Class (£5.99) and regular Second Class (£3.50) for postage and packing. This will be applied to all orders to a mainland address within the UK for orders under £100 unless the product you buy is marked as "free shipping". Orders over £100 shipped to an address within the UK mainland are currently shipped free of charge. There are no other handling charges.
We will aim to post in stock orders received by the next working day (i.e. excluding Saturday and Sunday). UK Pickleball Shop will do its best to post orders complete in one package but in some cases we may need to post orders in more than one package.
Customers are responsible for all postage costs (where charged) and applicable surcharges. Title and risk of loss pass to the Customer upon delivery of the products to the carrier. Delivery dates are estimates only and UK Pickleball Shop is not liable for delays in postal delivery.
SPECIAL ORDERS
We may be able to accept special 'custom' orders with common conditions. All merchandise that is special ordered must be prepaid and no returns will be accepted. Delivery time will be determined by UK Pickleball Shop at the time of order. Special order requests must be made in writing to Freddie@pickleball.co.uk.
GENERAL WARRANTY STATEMENT
Items sold by UK Pickleball Shop are covered by manufacturers' warranties, which can be checked by visiting the website of the relevant manufacturer. If the warranty requires the purchaser to register the purchase of the product, the purchaser should do this to activate the warranty. prior to or after purchase. Any product showing signs of abuse or alteration by anyone other than UK Pickleball Shop will invalidate the manufacturer's warranty. If a product is found to be defective, UK Pickleball Shop must be notified immediately in writing and a solution will be discussed. Your statutory rights are not affected.
RETURNS / EXCHANGES
In line with the Consumer Contracts Regulations if you are not satisfied with an item within 14 days of purchase you may return it unused (at your expense) for a refund. If you would like to exchange the item you will bear the cost of shipping the new item to you.
Please email: Freddie@pickleball.co.uk to discuss a refund or exchange prior to returning the goods. All postage charges to return or exchange items are at the customer's expense. Returned or exchanged items will be sent via 'signed for' delivery unless otherwise agreed.

SHIPPING DAMAGE CLAIMS
UK Pickleball Shop ensures that all products are free of damage at the point of postage. According to the major small package carriers the moment you sign for your packages you are accepting packages without damage. Therefore;
DO NOT SIGN FOR DAMAGED PACKAGES - if needed, inspect packages with your carrier present to determine if any items were damaged in transportation. Damage claims can only be made with the carrier at the time of delivery. Damaged packages with damaged goods should be refused by the customer at the time of delivery.
Please inspect each package upon receipt of merchandise, immediately noting any damage. If you reject a damaged package please contact UK Pickleball Shop immediately via freddie@pickleball.co.uk
Mobile Terms of Service

The UK Pickleball Shop mobile message service (the "Service") is operated by UK Pickleball Shop (“UK Pickleball Shop”, “we”, or “us”). Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these terms and conditions (“Mobile Terms”). We may modify or cancel the Service or any of its features without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Mobile Terms at any time and your continued use of the Service following the effective date of any such changes shall constitute your acceptance of such changes.
By consenting to UK Pickleball Shop’s SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of UK Pickleball Shop through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal Do Not Call list. Text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology. Service-related messages may include updates, alerts, and information (e.g., order updates, account alerts, etc.). Promotional messages may include promotions, specials, and other marketing offers (e.g., cart reminders).
You understand that you do not have to sign up for this program in order to make any purchases, and your consent is not a condition of any purchase with UK Pickleball Shop. Your participation in this program is completely voluntary.
We do not charge for the Service, but you are responsible for all charges and fees associated with text messaging imposed by your wireless provider. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan and contact your wireless provider for details. You are solely responsible for all charges related to SMS/text messages, including charges from your wireless provider.
You may opt-out of the Service at any time. Text the single keyword command STOP to Pickleball or click the unsubscribe link (where available) in any text message to cancel. You'll receive a one-time opt-out confirmation text message. No further messages will be sent to your mobile device, unless initiated by you. If you have subscribed to other UK Pickleball Shop mobile message programs and wish to cancel, except where applicable law requires otherwise, you will need to opt out separately from those programs by following the instructions provided in their respective mobile terms.

We may change any short code or telephone number we use to operate the Service at any time and will notify you of these changes. You acknowledge that any messages, including any STOP or HELP requests, you send to a short code or telephone number we have changed may not be received and we will not be responsible for honoring requests made in such messages.
The wireless carriers supported by the Service are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You agree to provide us with a valid mobile number. If you get a new mobile number, you will need to sign up for the program with your new number.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that we will not be liable for failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of any information sent through the Service, any errors in such information, and/or any action you may or may not take in reliance on the information or Service.
