Having seen too many cases of detached retinas etc I decided to take some action. I tried a pair from Amazon that were not good - uncomfortable and ineffective. These ones (heavier) are very comfortable to wear and do not slip around or impede in anyway. I am hoping as well that they help in me not being wary of high speed spinners coming towards me LOL

Two padels the same weight can feel different in weight because the weight is loaded in the head.

This one, apart from advertised lightness, is perfectly balanced too so no wrist tension after long match. Very happy with my Tempo 12.
